Delivery Guy Became The Savior!

There is a world run by cultivation sects, where ordinary people count for nothing. Lu Chen, a former soldier who delivers food for a living, crosses into it by accident. He takes the battery out of his delivery scooter and rigs it into a trap, which kills three disciples and brings their master after him. He is close to dead when he activates a system linking the two worlds, trading years off his own life to open a gate home. He reports that on the other side ordinary people are treated as weeds. The government opens Operation 404 and stands up a command post for it. Lu Chen goes back through with twelve special forces soldiers to get children out and put up a forward post.
