A Doctor? Now She's Their Ruin!

In the novel there is a daughter the household bullies and the story disposes of, and she leaves grudges behind her. A surgeon wakes up in that body, under that name. A system starts talking and puts terms on the table: clear the grudges the first girl left, and there is a payment in silver and a way back to the century she came from. She wakes drugged. She holds out against it long enough to get out of the room, and on the way she runs into a warlord and ends up with him. Back at the family house they are cold with her and take nothing she says as true. The warlord backs her, and she goes at the household with what she knows from a hospital and a modern life, which none of them have any answer for.
