Synopsis

Elara was chained in a red wedding dress and dragged through the snow, sacrificed by her husband to save his pregnant mistress. He thought the Wolf King would destroy her. He thought she would die forgotten in the North. But seven years ago, Elara saved a starving wolf boy from a fighting pit and gave him a name. Now that boy is Kael, the ruthless Wolf King. When he returns to camp and sees Elara bleeding, burned, and whipped, the entire wolf army watches their king fall to his knees. The bride they mocked is the one woman he would burn the world for.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
