Synopsis

Shen Xian crosses time into the body of a disfigured pregnant fool who has been expelled while her husband marries another woman. She crashes the new wedding, strikes the bride, and refuses every attempt by her faithless husband to resume abusing her. The discarded wife intends to rise beyond his reach and pursue a second love, regardless of who tries to stop her.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
