Synopsis

Shirley Quinn has been so busy with her career that she hasn't had time for her personal life, making her the subject of ridicule. Out of options, Shirley ends up becoming a contract wife to Hawk Godfrey. At her grandmother's birthday party, she presents an extraordinarily expensive gift but is mocked by everyone as if it's cheap junk. Watch as Shirley gradually proves her critics wrong and stands up to the townsfolk and relatives who looked down on her.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
