Synopsis

Mara, a gu-wielding sorceress, fell in love with Cian and married him. Yet she was betrayed by him, lost her child, and was reduced to becoming a concubine. Using her gu skills, Mara inflicted an incurable gu poison on Cian, ensuring all who had hurt her received their due punishment.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
