Synopsis

Iris Hale endures harsh mistreatment from her in-laws deep in the mountains and loses her child. Uncovering falsified accounts, she leaves distress clues. Her mother Martha Grant ventures uphill to gather evidence and exposes crimes publicly. The guilty receive punishment, and Iris reunites with family to start anew.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
