Your Worthless Husband Is the Final Boss

For twenty years the man cooking the meals and minding the children in that house was the Ark Master, and nobody living there knew it. Mark's wife took up with another man, the man moved in, and the three children took their mother's side. The four of them put Mark out and left him to the zombies without letting him take a coat. He is the only person who can open the Ark, and he comes back holding the survival list. His ex-wife is on the floor asking to be forgiven, the lover says he knew nothing about any of it, and the three children are crying and calling him Dad. Mark marks a cross beside each of the four names and tells them the Ark doors open in the morning.
