The Distant Love

In the Kim family the grandson came first. Kim Hyeon-woo needed blood and his sister Kim Su-yeon was the one with the Rh-negative type that matched, so their grandmother Ahn Hyeon-suk had it taken from her, and more of it than she could stand to lose. When Su-yeon went critical the grandmother gave the order to get rid of her. Choi Dong-hae, who sold fish in Incheon, picked her up and raised her as his own daughter under the name Choi Ji-seon. Eighteen years later Park Chae-a took over the Kim family's company and the Kims put everything they had into finding Kim Su-yeon. Choi Ji-seon was taken on at that same company as a contract worker. Kim Hyeon-woo and Park Chae-a had no idea who she was and leaned on her hard. Choi Dong-hae was sick by then and his treatment had to be paid for, so she took what they gave her. She crossed paths with the Kims again and again and none of it came out. Yun Min-jeong took Ji-seon's name and history, presented herself to the Kims as their fourth daughter, and set about having Ji-seon pushed out. Kim Si-yeon got in the way of that.
