The Nanny and Her Heir Husband

Her husband is sick, the treatment costs more than she has, and the only work that pays enough is a live-in nanny post with a rich family who need someone immediately. She takes it, learns the household's rules, looks after the children, and keeps the reason she needs the money to herself. The family talk sometimes about a son who went missing years ago, and she listens the way a servant listens, half attending. Details start lining up with things her husband has told her about his childhood and with the little he cannot remember. She works out that the man lying in a hospital bed across town is the heir this house has been searching for.
