Female Doctor Turns the Tables in Love

Luo Yunxi is a doctor in the present day, skilled with medicines and poisons. She is stabbed by a patient's family during a dispute at the hospital and dies. She wakes up in the Great Zhou dynasty, in the body of the principal wife of the Yao Prince, a woman who had been poisoned and framed by her stepsister and who held no favor in the household. The prince is Murong Jin, the second imperial son. As a child he was saved by a girl whose face he never forgot, and he has spent years believing that girl was Luo Yunxi's stepsister. Because the marriage to Luo Yunxi was forced on him, he wants nothing to do with her. Luo Yunxi has no feeling for him either, since gratitude for a rescue is the only thing that moves him. To take revenge on Luo Ran, who caused the death of the woman whose body she now occupies, she hires someone to pose as Murong Jin's rescuer, and he begins to waver between the two claims. Luo Yanran and her mother set trap after trap. Luo Yunxi gets out of each one with her medicine and her poisons. She also puts an end to the false claim in public, stripping the disguise off the imposter in front of everyone. In the end the scheme run by Concubine Chen and Noble Consort Qin is brought into the open.
