Synopsis

Carol Boone gambles her paralyzed father-in-law Hugo’s money, shoving him into a locked cellar. Feuding neighbor Hank Fowler hears noises. After Carol lies, he rescues Hugo with help. Troy discovers her crime and divorces her. Hugo adopts Hank. The families reconcile and form a true bond.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
