Lucky Rose

Synopsis

A village girl runs from a forced marriage to the capital and accidentally spends one night with the powerful head of the Tan family. When she discovers she is pregnant and nervously approaches him, he does not question her motives：he simply says they should marry. She blocks his arranged marriage, he protects her from every storm, and what began as a deal becomes the love he had already fallen into.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
