Tangled Up With Two Brothers

Sang Xiaosu was watching Sang Ruan closely and looking for a way to destroy her. Sang Ruan's mother had left her a company that was failing, and to save it she agreed to marry Cheng Wang, the youngest son of the Cheng family. At the same time she arranged a meeting with Qin Yan, an investor who had just come back from abroad, so he would put money into the company. Qin Yan fell for her at that first meeting, which she had set up herself. Cheng Wang also came to want her over the course of their meetings. Qin Yan and Cheng Wang were brothers who had taken their father's and mother's surnames separately. Sang Ruan did not know this, and neither brother knew the other was interested in the same woman. Sang Xiaosu noticed first and made it public, meaning to finish Sang Ruan off. Sang Ruan realised what she had done and expected to pay for it. Instead the brothers started competing for her, and the competition got worse until they turned on each other.
