Synopsis

Kael refused to throw a match. His own team set him up for it. He was sent to a planet used as a scrap dump. His mother died. His father cut him off and disowned him. On the scrap planet he picked up a discarded mech. It looks like junk. It fights like an animal. He entered the tournament again with it, going after the people who framed him, and his father has still not admitted he was wrong.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
