Synopsis

Evelyn, the legitimate daughter of a century-old New York aristocratic family, is betrayed by her illegitimate half-sister and her husband after her father’s death. Her ironclad lawsuit is sabotaged by his judicial manipulation; her 13-year-old sister is held hostage; and during an assassination, he shoves her into the blade to protect his true love. When she realizes she was only a substitute, her leap off a cliff marks the start of a brutal revenge.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
