Genuinely funny for once. The fake lovemaking bits and the sidekick's timing had me cackling, even if the third-act melodrama nearly undoes it.

As a military family member: he'd be a Marine, not a soldier, the collar should be buttoned all the way up, no service bars or rank on that enlisted top, wrong trousers and shoes, and he's outside without his cover. The uniform department just gave up.

Two shows fighting for the same runtime: a grief story about a city girl starting over, and a witch-lineage mystery. The first one is decent and the second keeps interrupting it. Pacing drags badly through the middle because neither thread gets room to build.

Werewolves. Playing hockey. I want to meet whoever pitched this. It commits to the bit more than you'd expect, and the mate-bond reveal is handled with a straight face that somehow makes it funnier. Doesn't quite stick the landing, but I respect the swing.

ML is head over heels for a chat girlfriend he's never seen, only knows her voice, and she's openly all about the money..... at some point you start wondering if he's just a pushover..... kinda hard to get, honestly..

The little girl's performance is genuinely brilliant and deserves a far better script. Everyone else is either an angel or cartoonishly evil, no in-between.

I've seen this exact revenge-via-the-uncle plot done better at least three times. The problem isn't the premise, it's that the male lead is written as smug rather than magnetic, so the whole thing curdles. Her drunken scheming is the only part with any energy.

First thing I've seen Ian Schutzman in. Really handsome😍, very talented, and the man is in shape. Went straight to Billionaire Surgeon and Innocent Love after this one.
