Time Portal: Meds to an Ancient General

Daisy is broke and owes money when the family pharmacy comes to her. In the back of the shop she finds a door that opens onto the ancient world. She starts carrying modern drugs and supplies through it and selling them, first to Victor Thorne, a young general, and then to Bram, who leads a tribe. The medicine keeps Victor's wounded alive and changes how his campaigns end, and the debts at home get paid off. She works alongside him and becomes attached to him. Colin Sullivan has come through from her own time as well, and he wants war. He sets Daisy up in a way that pushes the kingdoms toward fighting, and for a while the frame holds. Daisy, Victor and Bram work together to pull his scheme apart and hand him over. The portal opens again afterward, and the three of them decide where they want to live.
