The Last Fight

Alex Clark leaves the military and goes home. He wants to live near his parents, help out at the little family restaurant, and let the rest of his life be quiet. For a while it is. His mother and father start to relax, thinking the blood and the injuries and everything else he carried back from the fighting are behind all of them for good. Then a local thug comes in, eats, and walks out without paying, and he is not alone. The group leans on the restaurant, which is the whole of what Alex's parents have, and Alex has to decide how much of what he learned out there he is willing to use on a street in his own hometown.
