My Legendary Daddy

The Nelson family forced Kira Laird into an engagement with Ian Nelson. Five years before that, Kira's own family had taken her away from Hector Kellow right after she gave birth to their daughter Sophia, leaving Hector to raise the girl by himself. Hector heads the Hall of Mars. He and Kira had been living quietly together after he drove off invaders. When he found out about the engagement, he took Sophia to Harriet Nelson's birthday party, said who he was in front of the guests, frightened them, took Kira out, and dealt the Nelsons a blow. The three of them went back to Kellow Village, where Hector paid the villagers back in gold. A misunderstanding then put him at odds with his father Jude, and the family ties were at risk.
