Fake It Till You Make It

Nancy Shelton and Jeffrey Lester married with the end already agreed. Once his grandmother is well again, they separate. The grandmother is gravely ill, and the wedding was meant to bring her luck. Jeffrey is the richest man in Johnsburg, and Nancy had no connection to him before any of this. She had been trying to get back at an ex who treated her badly, and in front of him she said Jeffrey was her boyfriend. Jeffrey was standing near enough to hear it. He took her home and put the marriage to her himself. The two of them live in the same house and the arrangement wears down and they fall in love. Jeffrey also works out that Nancy is the doctor called Raven, whom he had spent years looking for.
