For years the Shinn family has been feeding Kiki Shinn poison, and the poison is what has ruined her face. Her fiancé drops her over her looks and takes up with her half-sister, Jasmine Shinn. Then her stepmother and the rest of the household throw her out as a waste of money. Kiki cannot afford surgery. The way out put in front of her is a marriage to Tyson Fuller. Tyson tells her he is assistant to the head of Fuller Group and keeps to himself that he is the CEO. He is also the one who gets her to a hospital when the poison nearly kills her. Surgery gives Kiki her face back, and with it comes the finding that the disfigurement was done to her at home, over years. Kiki is also Andie, a fashion designer at the top of the trade, under a name she has kept separate from her own. She proves it and settles accounts with Jasmine. She also learns that the design she sent with her application to Fuller Group was lifted by Shelley Sue, a woman who wants Tyson for herself, and that this is why the company turned her down.
