The Twins' Mom is a Heiress

A pair of twins, a boy and a girl, are split up soon after they are born. Their grandmother sends one of them to the children's father, the head of a large company, to bring up, and the other stays with their mother. The mother had been set up by her own fiancé, and the pregnancy that came out of it was by the company head. While she was carrying the twins her sister, a girl raised in the family but no blood relation to it, pushed her down a flight of stairs, and she was left in a vegetative state. Ten months later she gave birth. Five years after that she comes back to Ningcheng with her son. There she happens to meet a small girl, and through the girl she comes to know the company head, and the facts about the children and about what happened five years earlier start to come out.
