Julie Lane wanted back the company that had belonged to her mother. To get at it she married Colin Jenkins, the worst playboy in the capital, within days of meeting him. There was nothing romantic in it. Less than a year into the marriage Colin's grandfather collapsed and the Jenkins family was in trouble. Julie stepped in. She used force and cunning both, pulled the company back from the edge, put Colin's circle of playboy friends in their place, and won over his grandparents.
