Synopsis

At a dinner before a powerful family wedding, Shen Xue accuses Lu Sheng’s younger sibling Lu An of assault and demands that the Lu family answer for it. Lu Sheng counters by revealing that the family’s supposedly young male heir is actually their second daughter, making the accusation look like a staged scandal. Just as the crowd begins to dismiss Shen Xue’s claim, Lu Sheng’s husband Gu Yanche suddenly turns against her, leaving the sisters trapped in a renewed public crisis.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
