Nicole Vance needs 600,000 for surgery for a sick boy named Yangyang, and her card limit will not let the transfer through. She goes to the bank to have the limit raised. The teller who takes her, Rose Espinoza, goes by the book and will not bend on anything. She asks Nicole to prove the card belongs to her, then to prove she is who she says she is, and keeps finding another requirement. Nicole holds her temper because of the boy and works through each demand. The approval is nearly done when a photo comes up on her phone. It is Yangyang with his mother, and the woman in it is the teller across the counter.
