Synopsis

Blood decides who your family is, but people can choose one. Several strangers have been hurt and abandoned by the families they were born into, and each carries that damage alone until they meet by chance. They start taking each other in, through pain, through loss, through nights when nothing is going well. Prejudice comes at them from outside, and betrayal from closer in, and one hardship follows another. They keep standing together to show that a family you pick can be warmer and more real than the one you were born to.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
