The Heiress Game

Lin Qinghui comes out of prison and back to a Lin family that will not have her in the room. Lu Chen, who grew up beside her and was once going to marry her, is no warmer. She was raised as the Lin daughter until she was thirteen, when the family found out she was not theirs. Lin Wanwan came home as the real one and took the whole household's attention, and Lu Chen dropped Lin Qinghui for the standing that went with the real daughter. At the banquet for Lin Wanwan's college place, the Fu family's daughter was pushed down a staircase and left in a vegetative state, and the blame was put on Lin Qinghui. Nothing she said in her own defence held. Lu Chen appeared in court for the other side, gave false testimony, and she was sentenced. The Fu daughter comes round eventually and the account of that night changes. Lin Wanwan pushed her, and Lin Wanwan is not the Lin family's child either. Lu Chen turns around and helps Lin Qinghui go after the people who arranged it.
