Never Fall Alone

Maddox met Teo on the night he came back to competition. He took Teo for someone else and spent the night with him. In the morning he found out that Teo, a younger athlete, had been put with him as his partner on the synchronized springboard. They were hostile with each other at first and it wore off slowly. Maddox had an accident behind him that he was still carrying, and there were people expecting things of him now that he was competing again, so he went back and forth about what he felt. Tyler, who competes against them, filmed them together without their knowing and used the footage to blackmail them.
