Bride of the Curse

A young woman takes her boyfriend back to the village she is from so he can meet her grandparents, with a wedding in mind. The villagers stare at him from the moment they come through the entrance. White paper money is scattered on the ground with red wedding characters among it. Her grandparents will not have them in the house. He asks her what is going on and she tells him about a bride from the village. That family married their daughter off in daylight. On the road, people heard a woman laughing inside the sedan chair, and something red kept dripping out of it. When the chair was set down the bride had been dead for some time, bleeding from the eyes, ears, nose and mouth. The groom's household then died too, one after another, and nobody could say from what. He asks whether she plans on a night wedding herself. She says of course, she's from this village, then laughs and says she was joking. Her grandfather tells her not to go outside after dark. She goes out anyway. Her boyfriend has left to buy medicine for her. What she meets outside is wearing his face, and after that she cannot tell which of the people around her, him included, is a person.
