My Cheating Husband Just FAFO in Court

Lina Hale is Chloe, the lawyer known in the profession as The Closer, and she has kept that hidden for five years. She put the name and the work away to back her husband Evan and kept house instead. On their fifth anniversary she turns down a high-paying offer from the Stewart firm, and she goes home pregnant to tell Evan, and walks in on him with another woman. Evan shows no guilt, calls her a worn-out housewife, and in the argument that follows she falls and loses the baby. After that Lina takes the name Chloe back, joins a top law firm, and takes Evan on as an opposing lawyer, in court and in his business dealings.
