Mira Lewis had been the daughter of the Lewis house for years when Skyler Lewis was collected from the orphanage by her birth parents, and Mira could see what a real daughter in the house would cost her. She worked at it in small ways until she found a large one. The sister of Skyler's fiancé was pushed down a staircase and left in a vegetative state, and the blame for it landed on Skyler. In court her parents had the footage from the scene deleted, and her own brother took the stand and lied. She spent five years inside and was bullied and humiliated for most of them.
