The Prodigal Returns

In hard times, Shen Lie (Justin Parker) is reborn with regrets from his previous life and unexpectedly gains a special ability. Awakening, he completely changes his old habits and devotes himself to protecting his family. He calms his family, retrieves supplies taken by relatives, works in the mountains and contracts forest land to earn a living. Facing troublemakers and scheming relatives, he stays calm and holds his ground. Through his efforts, the family grows prosperous, a new courtyard house rises; his sister passes the university entrance exam, and a new baby arrives. Shen Lie uses sincerity and dedication to heal past wounds. The family stays together and embraces a peaceful, happy life.
