The Homeless Sponsor Is Actually a CEO

Yang Ming was living on the road as an ascetic, in mourning for his mother, when he took in two students who had no family and no money, Chen Xue and Lin Yu, and paid for their schooling. Before his mother's death he had been chairman of a conglomerate worth billions, and he had chosen to spend the ten years of mourning as a beggar. The students knew nothing about the company. Chen Xue graduated. She wanted a way in with rich and well-connected people, and at the graduation banquet, in front of the guests, she insulted the beggar who had raised her. Lin Yu, the other student, was the only one there who spoke up for him. Yang Ming went back to the company after that and took the chairman's seat again. He no longer hid who he was, and he turned his attention to Chen Xue.
