Exposed Him Live—Oops, He Saved Me

Six years ago Wade Quinn borrowed heavily to pay for treatment for his wife, Eve Jane. His mother and his brother used her illness against him, pushing him to sell property and jewellery and then to take on loans at high interest. The debt ruined his health and his eyes and left his mind unsteady. He divorced Eve rather than let her see what he had become, and disappeared from her life entirely. Eve took it as abandonment. While she was ill, everything the two of them owned together was taken from her. Six years later she is the richest woman around and comes back in force. On a live broadcast she names Wade Quinn as the man who walked out on her and announces that she is looking for the person who saved her life six years ago. Working back through her own memories, she finds that the man she has hated for six years is the one she has been searching for.
