Synopsis

The Secret Guard tells the story of Stephanie, a former mercenary who becomes the personal secretary and security advisor to Alexander, a Wall Street CEO, in order to pay for her mother's medical bills. The two test and use each other, joining forces to fight against Alexander's usurping uncle Edmund and his treacherous fiancée, while uncovering the old vendetta behind his family's massacre.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
