Synopsis

Ava Bennett, a tattoo artist, endures a decade-long, destructive marriage with football star Ethan Hayes, who betrays her with his mistress, Sadie. Following a devastating miscarriage, the death of her grandmother, and a harrowing period of captivity, Ava manages to escape. She triumphs in an international tattoo competition with her design inspired by alpine wildflowers, and begins to rebuild her life and career, while Ethan's reputation and life crumble completely.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
