Synopsis

Cora Vale, a forensic psychology student, inherited the gift of hearing objects speak — a power she hid until a steakhouse murder forced her to trust a meat grinder. Teaming with Detective Marcus Cole and Officer Chloe Reed, she solved cases that dismantled the false theories of celebrated profiler Leonard Hart. After Hart was imprisoned, he tried to frame her, but a whistleblower exposed his corruption and trafficking cover-up. Hart got life. A major-crimes team formed around Cora, Marcus, and Chloe. With her fortune built and her team locked in, Cora vows to spend the next decade bringing every criminal network to justice.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
