Synopsis

Charlotte and Nick have been married a year. On the anniversary itself, Nick betrays her and humiliates her in front of other people. Charlotte decides she will not let it stand, and she goes to Alexander, who has money and connections she does not. What they agree to is an arrangement in which each of them uses the other. Alexander is domineering, and Charlotte is drawn to him and afraid of him at the same time. She makes Nick pay for what he did and the marriage ends in divorce. With Alexander's help she gets her career back, and she starts over with him.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
