I Married a Beggar, He's the Emperor!
Synopsis
The family holds a throwing of the embroidered ball to settle who the daughters marry. The younger sister throws first and puts her ball in the hands of the official everyone expects to rise. The older sister is left to throw hers to a beggar, which is what her sister has arranged for her. They have both been through this day already. The first time, the older sister's ball went to the official and she was raised to a title through him, and the younger one, stuck with the beggar, ran from the wedding and spent the years after it in poverty. She killed her sister out of jealousy over the difference, and the two of them woke three years back on the morning of the throwing. The older sister remembers being used by the official and has no wish to go near him again. She takes the beggar and wants nothing out of it beyond a quiet household. The beggar is the emperor, out among people without his name on him. She keeps her own past to herself while he keeps his, and he falls in love with her over the course of it. The younger sister, married into the official's house, finds it is not the life she thought she was taking, and she starts working against her sister again from inside it.

Ratings & Reviews

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<
