Call Me Deadly, But I Love You

Xie Linfeng is a cat. The world he is in is not the one he came from, the body has dark red fur across the chest, and inside it is a man who spent most of his life chasing women. He got here by going out of a window after a cat. The body came with the Grim Reaper's inheritance in it. When he kills something he can draw off whatever lifespan it had left. The change back into a man is paid for in lifespan too, so what he takes goes out again, and he has to keep fighting to keep getting stronger. He has said what the whole thing is for, which is that every woman with nowhere to go should end up with a home from him. He works up through beasts and through opponents above his level, and he keeps meeting women, who look at the cat with pity or with curiosity. There is a goddess of that world he means to save.
