Grace Fades, Greed Stays

In this world a woman who dies wronged can open her eyes again on the day her life turned. For Shelley that day is the day of a car accident, and it is raining. In her first life Shelley lived inside the story her sister had built for herself, the perfect young socialite, and ended up sacrificed to it. She died holding a grudge. Now she stands in the rain and watches her sister stage the same crash and present herself to Hugh as the woman who saved his life. Hugh is the heir of his family and was Shelley's husband the first time around. This time Shelley stays out of it and lets her sister go further into the circle she has lied her way into. "Dear sister, since you like to perform, I'll give you the biggest stage there is." She cuts herself off from her family, decides she will not trust anyone with her heart again, and starts pulling at a plan running under both her family and Hugh's that involves two generations of each.
