She turns out to be the daughter a man has been looking for for twenty years, and he owns one of the biggest groups there is, so the office worker Frank and Jane had been pushing around is the heir to it. Frank has an insurance policy on Nina and wants it paid out. Jane keeps using the transfer, which has a recoil that comes back on whoever works it.
