The Last Sacrifice

Adrian's birth family found him and brought him home. The family's adopted son laid a series of traps for him. In one, the adopted son broke his own leg and said Adrian had done it, and Adrian was made to kneel in the rain. After that Adrian ended up inside the Reincarnation Sanctum, a place that grants wishes in exchange for years of a person's life. He gave up years of his own for the family. The family then made wishes of their own, and each one was paid for out of his life, until his life ran out. He came back as the Sanctum's true master. He laid the adopted son's schemes out for everyone to see and took back everything the family had gained. He met a man whose daughter was sick, treated her, and the two of them grew close.
