Synopsis

Opal Klein asked Bruce Eaton for a divorce nineteen times. Bruce had cheated on her and did not want the marriage to end, but on the nineteenth time he agreed out of anger, expecting her to come back to him. She had loved him and had tried to forgive the affair. After the divorce she was diagnosed with stomach cancer, already at its late stage. My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
