Move Aside, That's My Mom's Grave!

Sam married into the Ford family and rose through it to run the company. He has kept a mistress, Lydia, for years without the family knowing. When the elder Ford daughter is killed in a hit-and-run on September 30, her daughter Betty inherits, and out of feeling for her parents she puts her mother's funeral in Sam's hands and considers handing him the business as well. Lydia's dog dies. She wants a plot in the Serenity cemetery for it, and takes the plot Sam had bought for his wife, believing it was meant for her. Betty arrives to bury her mother and finds Lydia there. In the argument over the grave, Betty learns that Lydia is her father's mistress and that Lydia was the driver in the hit-and-run.
