In the apocalypse people live in fortified bases and trade for anything they cannot make themselves. Survivors running from a blood vine find a supermarket still open, and inside it the shelves hold prehistoric food and high-tech weapons. Payment is in Anomaly Coins. The shop belongs to a young man whose family threw him out for having no ability. The staff are S-rank anomalies he has hired and tamed, and they take his orders without argument. Trading with survivors unlocks more of the stock and upgrades the shop itself. Shortages set the bases against each other and he works the politics of that from behind the counter. An auction he runs brings out things people had kept quiet about. He writes rules for how business gets done, and customers who buy from him get an escort back to their bases.
