Beneath the Robe

Under Song Li's lawyer's robe are two hidden faces: one is the invincible myth of coldly tearing apart betrayers in court, the other is a warm, family-loving full-time housewife. Song Li has been hiding her true identity because her husband dislikes his wife being seen in public. However, one afternoon, Song Li is hit by a car accident on the way to pick up her child. The hit-and-run driver escapes, and her child unexpectedly dies. As Song Li makes a desperate call to her husband from the mortuary, she unexpectedly receives a legal mandate: 'Attorney Song, I want to make my wife leave with nothing in a divorce.' The voice on the other end overlaps with that of her husband, Lu Mingyu.
