Family Betrayed Me? Watch Me Sell It All

For three years Shen Nanxing has been the one nobody in the house speaks to. Her father remarried and turned all his attention on the woman he had loved before and on her son, and Shen Nanxing's own mother, who is dead, left her nothing except the apartment they lived in. Her stepbrother decides that apartment will do nicely for his engagement, and moves to take it. On her eighteenth birthday, which her father has forgotten, she is slapped in her own home. That is the end of it for her. She takes the property deed, walks out, and sells the place outright, then moves into a hotel in the middle of the city. Nobody comes looking for her. The family goes ahead with the engagement party in the apartment they no longer own, showing it off as proof of their standing, until the new owner turns up at the door with several large men and explains who actually holds the deed. The fiancee's side calls the engagement off in front of everyone, and the family is put out on the street by police. With nowhere to go they end up living in a basement and turning on each other. Shen Nanxing hires a top lawyer and sues her father over her mother's estate, and has his salary accounts frozen.
