After the Divorce, the Mafia Boss Went crazy

Damian runs an Italian mafia family. On the seventh anniversary of his marriage his wife Alessia finds out he has been sleeping with her own sister, Bianca. She erases her identity, takes the name Elena, and leaves to raise her daughter alone. Damian works out what he has lost only after she is gone. He gives up his position as Don and his fortune, and comes near her in secret as a donor so he can look after her from a distance. Lucia is born early and Elena haemorrhages badly during the birth. A rival family kidnaps the child, and Damian is badly hurt getting her back. His kidneys fail and he is given six months. Elena gives him one of hers, and he walks away from the underworld. Two years later she puts the necklace back on.
